REGION: Mexican coffee comes from many different regions of Mexico. The interesting part about Mexican coffees is that it is the largest producer of organic coffees in the world, according to the Mexican Coffee Council.

WHAT IT TASTES LIKE: Mexican Coffee has a very light to medium body with sweet tints to its taste. It is also a very well balanced cup of coffee. The one characteristic that some find unappealing, while others find relieving is that the cup is not one of richness, it is a very light coffee, and has a rather mild acidity.
