Very dark roasted, it brews very well at 190*F, and gives a rich and fairly earthy flavor.rnIt's smooth, with no hint of bitterness. Getting a good cup is easy with this bean, and it's fairly forgiving with temperature. In a French press you will do well if you let the coffee sit for roughly 4-5 minutes before you filter and pour it.
