The Bean Factory is committed to providing the highest quality roasted coffee in the region by offering varietals from a range of different coffee-producing countries.  Some of the beans we offer include Ethiopian, Guatemalan, Mexican, Peruvian, Columbian, Costa Rican,  Celebes Sulawasi, Java, Sumatra, Indian, Yemen, Kenyan, Tanzanian, Hawiian, and Jamaican.  Many of these are also organic and/or farmer-to-farmer fair-trade.

We select the best green beans and then carefully roast each type of bean in order to bring out the most of its flavor characteristics.  We offer several certified organic and fair-trade coffees, serving local businesses, restaurants and coffee shops.

We have even created specialized blends for customers who require them.  The Minnesota Farmer's Union is one such organization.  The Bean Factory has created several special blends for the Farmer's Union, allowing them to create their own label and sell their coffee at the Minnesota State Fair.  The Bean Factory also operates the Minnesota Farmer's Union Coffee Shop at the Minnesota State Fair.
